For this blog I'd like all my readers to take a look at this video.....
As we get closer to the month of April and after women around the world are preparing themselves for the summer time season. AKA Bathing suits. I've recommended my readers to watch this video because of the message behind it. ( Or at least because of the message I received from the video).
I stand behind the video because it is inspiring us to move. To be active. They portray the idea that fitness is what you make it. (I like that) I have never been a gym junkie. I get bored all too fast, or I complete a whole routine then think I deserve a "treat" because I followed through with it. ( which as you can imagine stalls results). The idea that you can turn your favorite trail, or hobby into a fitness session is very empowering because this video is true. Those crazy diets or caffeinated pills have yet to work for me. You? Ladies unfortunately there is only one formula that will always and does work. Burning more than you consume!
Readers, for those of you out there trying to slim down or tone up for any reason, eating right and fitness is the way to go! The diets, and unsafe eating habits are dangerous and unhealthy. It doesn't matter your reasons for dieting, maybe you want to look good for an occasion, or you have some medical reasons, maybe you just want to tone up, either way, doing it the old fashion way always brings results. My advice readers, get moving, get active, but on your terms. Maybe do that walk in the park twice a week, or upload your own yoga session and do it from home. Make your fitness what you want. Fitness does not need to end in a gym membership!
